Well everyone things have calmed down a bit and although it sometimes seems that DOA is more Dead than Alive, I can assure you it chooses to be Alive and kicking than Dead and motionless lol.

With that being said I was given the honor to announce a DOACentral Exclusive scoop hot_news

saying that World Cyber Games is hosting a Fighters Club event! The name says it all since it is exactly that. All the mainstream fighters on Xbox 360 will be there at this competition.

Games:
Street Fighter 4 (Capcom)
Dead Or Alive 4 (Tecmo)
Soul Calibur 4 (Namco)
Virtua Fighter 5 (Sega)

Important info:

• 1st place prizing: $2,000! ($500 per game) 2nd place prizing: Samsung Digital Cameras!

• Shout Casting and Video on Demand coverage of the event

• Walk-up participation opportunities!

• WCG Ultimate Gamer contestants present (TBD)

WCG is a International tournament that everyone should be a part of! Especially since they do great coverage on the players. So if you want a chance at the pot and some good exposure I would definitely recommend going.

WCG wanted to thank us for showing so much love to them at there competitions that they went ahead and gave us some love back by giving us a jump on the event. (An Official press release hasn't been released yet but will be announced shortly).

We will see how everything is around that time, but im pretty sure i'll be there with NinjaCW and Phoenix. But we shall see. Ive been to the Samsung Experience in New York for the 07 WCG Atlantic Regional Finals for DOA and it was an awesome place, even though last time i got 2 parking tickets. lol

Yet again, an event is announced and a date is set during a time that I wont be in the country -_-. But its all good, cuz I'm going to Japan. VF arcades, here I come ^_^
